Short-Term Running Goals:

I'm hoping to PR at Boston this upcoming spring...Just ran the St. Judes Marathon to qualify for Boston (2:52 and change) and am coming off of three weeks of touch and go running...the plan is to build steadily over the next three weeks with hill sessions before hitting heavier things

Long-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be old soon...then I can wear a fanny pack and steal stuff from stores all the time...If I get caught, I'll just prend to be confused and then pretend that I just narked in my pants...I'd also ride a rascal scoot around town, hitting on young women

Personal:

This is my dog Knute Kennyson Bader...when he gets older, I'm going to drag him out with me... I'm currently in Oxford, MS working for the man!

Same as on wensday...10min easy followed by 12min up tempo to cool-down....then practiced drinking water while running...an artform in of itself!

This will be my last entry before Boston...I would just like to thank everyone for their support over the past few months and to wish everyone running good races!

Ran with B. McCay and some of the other UM guys around campus and through the football stadium...which it is sad to say, but that is only the second time I've been in the football stadium...finished up doing some crisp 200s on the track around 31 sec each and then jogged around for awhile....it was really nice to have someone to run with today!

Just chillin' like Bob Dylan (my apologies to the Beastie boys!) 35min easy around the single track trails and finished on the old Confederate cemetary (I am in the south)

What a short run! It was great...still trying to keep it a little on the down low because A. Boston in T-7days and 2. Trying not to let the head cold relapse...finished up with 3 x 1min on/off

"Long" Run: well I've missed the past two days because I began to come down with a cold...being this close to Boston, I decided to forgo the schedualed workout and instead get extra sleep and rest...still kinda clogged up but I managed to feel pretty good over a 90min run, with a little extra spring in me step...here's hoping for  no more homework this week
